JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Required Skills:
  • Develop high-quality software design and architecture
  • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
  • Develop functionalities by producing clean, efficient code
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
  • Review your peers code and ensure the code meets the coding standards and good performance in coding.
  • Perform validation and verification testing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
  • Document development phases and monitor systems
  • Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Software Development.
  • Proven experience in MEAN stack development or similar stack technologies.

  • In-depth knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g. Mongo DB, Cassandra, Redis)

  • 6+ years of experience in HIS and EMR implementation.
  • Subject matter knowledge in HIS/EMR software, clinical operations and workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Able to perform and manage full cycle on-site implementation of HIS/ EMR including integrations.
  • Assist customers in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure throughout the multi-phase implementation.
  • Coordinate all aspects of system implementation, working closely with the health centre project team.
  • Perform business and clinical workflow analysis for implementing health centres.
  • Provide HIS/ EMR implementation guidance and support for other contracted clients.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently, be resourceful and set priorities appropriately.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ready for travel globally.
